Your Day 28 Prayer: Covering Our Schools in God’s Protection and Wisdom

Hi Friend,

Today, day 28, we’re lifting up one of the most important mission fields in our nation—our schools.

As classrooms fill with students and teachers step into their roles, we believe that the Spirit of God can move powerfully in these spaces. Let's come into agreement and pray for divine protection, clarity, and influence within our education systems.

May every child, educator, and decision-maker be guided by truth, wisdom, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, we pray for our teachers and administrators within the school systems, that they will be open and receptive to the direction of the Holy Spirit and His leading. We pray for those who have influence and a voice in our schools, such as curriculum developers, school administrators, board members, and education associations. Let their voices be reflective of Your heart, God. 

We pray for our students to be sharp-witted, quick and alert, with their minds open and receptive to godly teaching. Let them have an accurate understanding of Your plans for their lives. Let the eyes of their understanding be brightened and opened so they will know the hope to which they are called. 

We pray for Holy Spirit protection over our students, schools, buildings, and facilities. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. Holy Spirit, please reveal any evil plot or plan to cause destruction or harm to the proper authorities. 

We declare peace in every area of their lives. Let them live in a constant state of Your favor, Father. In Jesus’s name, we pray. Amen.
